Getting PHCC
You have two options:
- Build it yourself
- Buy it
Building it
All the designs are freely available for download, so you can etch your own PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) -
or have the boards professionally made at a PCB production facility.
Once you've the boards ready, just read the BOM (Bill of Materials), order the needed parts and start soldering.
Board assembly tutorials are available for several boards.
You'll find all files to create your boards here:
- [Designs & Schematics] for all boards as Eagle- & Gerberfiles, includes BOM
- [Firmware] for all boards
- [Board Assembly Tutorials]
Buying it
Isn't is a reliable option at the moment.
In the past, there had been a webshop by a member named Askerix
at http://www.phcc.nl or http://www.phccparts.nl
It seems, Askerix is currently out of business - and his webshop is not reachable any more.
Nobody knows, if he will be back in future.
For completeness, the old link to his webpage will stay here so far.
So currently there is nobody, who's selling PHCC boards fully assembled or as kits.
If you want to try, you can check forum threads for ordering or group buys -
or simply ask, if someone is selling kits or assembled cards.
- Check the forum at http://www.viperpits.org/smf/index.php?board=73.0
Assembly Services by Others
Isn't is a reliable option at the moment.
In the past there had been a member John Steensen who offered an assembly service
at http://www.viperpits.org/smf/index.php?topic=4222.msg58976#msg58976
It seems, John Steensen is out of business, isn't is a member on the forums and won't offer his service any more.
Nobody knows, if he will be back in future.
For completeness, the old link to his webpage will stay here so far.
So currently there is nobody, who's offering assembly services, except those by a PCB production facility.
