UPHCC
UPHCC stands for USB PIC HomeCockpit Controller.
UPHCC is PHCC's sister project.
UPHCC is not just a USB-based PHCC, it follows a slightly different philosphy: Instead of one big motherboard, every UPHCC-based board has a small plug-in board that does the USB stuff, and often also the intelligence for the whole board. This small plug-in board (called UPHCC-usb) can be plugged into bigger boards, eg. to drive LCD modules. The bigger board often does not need any additional brains (microcontroller), but just some simple logic along with application-specific connectors.
